It is Bright Sunny Day with 14 Degrees
High 19 -- It was Just Yesterday when
It was Hot nearly 40 Degrees

Weather is Up and Down Not in Toronto
All Over The World It is like That 
One of My Grandson was in Dominica
At Ross University Doing Medicine

Hurricane Maria wiped out Everything 
We Didn't Have any Contact for about Two Weeks
Afterwards We Got The News That Everyone Rescued
My Grandson also Evacuated and is at St. Lucia for Now

His Mom I Mean My Eldest Daughter Lives in Edmonton 
She is Single Mom with Her Younger Son in Grade 10  
She Has To Face all The Problems of Single Parent

I always Give Great Value To Love and Patience
Life is Not Road To Paradise Same is Married Life
With Kids and Work It Becomes very Challenging

Not Easy To Cope Everything Specially when Things
Not Going in Your Way Your Patience Level Goes On
Dropping and Love Not There after Kids 
It is a Total Different Scenario

The Best Solution Looks To Change Our Path
And Let Him I Mean Husband To Go On His 
Own Way -- When Kids are There 
They Get Divided 

In Broken Relationships It is The Kids which Suffer
The Most -- In Most Cases They are with Mothers
But Their Personality is Torn apart

Their Talents -- Their Happiness -- Their Smile
Not The Same They Learn To Become Mature
Even in Their Childhood Period
Circumstances are Best Teachers

While Dealing with Our Troubled Marriage Life
We always Have To Take Our Children into Account
We Love Them Most But We Don't Make 
Right Decisions

Money and Luxuries are Secondary Factors For 
Kids Upbringing -- Emotions always Comes First

Kids are Very Sensitive They Stop Sharing Their
Problems -- They Try To Deal Everything Themselves
They Think Mom is already under so Much Pressure

She is Dealing So Many Things so Not To Add Up 
Her Problems -- Kids Start To Become Introvert 
They Stop Trusting People -- For Them Life is a
Challenge with Full of Struggle

In Such Cases Kids Can React Differently
Some Take Life as Head On Fight and Decide
To Win at Any Cost They Shine with Glory
And All The Great Achievements

In Majority Cases Their Talents Remain a
Hidden Treasure and Can not Be Flourished
To Full Bloom 

Anyway Life Goes on Just Think Twice while 
Ripping Off Your Marriage Agreement

This Agreement is Between Two People But when 
Dismantled So Many Lives are Brutally Affected

Try To Be Committed with Your Wedding Promises 
Throughout Your Life This will Bring Happiness
To The Whole Family in Years To Come
I Know It Needs Lots of Patience

    This blog talked about a critical issue. We discussed the blog during lunch hiatus. There were a few divorcees in the room and they all wished they had heeded this advice earlier. Though it is too late for them, but the blog reinforced the value of stable relationships. We also carried this forward in the business meeting and it helped us understand the value of stable business units within the corporate framework

    Dear Advisor,

    The retirees went for our long walk today. Our walk, though very long for us, is nothing compared to the walks that you have. After that we have our lollipop

    Your today's blog was read by the retired social scientist. He was surprised at the unique perspective that you have shared. He pointed out that in all his years at the social security and well being agencies, the so called experts have been pushing theories of independence and lack of dependence on others. He said that what you brought to the discussion is a perspective about common and family well being. He mentioned that this requires further investigation and requested to set up an exclusive committee to deal with this issue. We agreed with that and the subcommittee is set up

    The retired dietitian paid a visit to one of the hospitals which is running the pilot. The feedback continues to be very positive. Some patients when informed about that you are the brains behind the recipes, were very thankful. One gentleman asked us to say thanks to you

    Dear Author,

    The students and the professors read your blog at the Smile Garden today. The social science professors who participated in the reading of the blog wanted us to re-read it as they pointed out that there are very finer points which you have raided. There were some professors who have been
    strong advocate of independence, they were seen scratching their heads. We heard one of them saying that perhaps the independence promoters have got it wrong and there is value in interdependence

    The local school students came in for a few minutes but left after taking copies of the blogs. We gave it to them for free

    Father say you yell father lot today. Father say he yes mind. Father say if father retire then it mean father sleep all day and no do anything. Father say one person Didi write that retire no mean that you no do anything. Father no take all family, father only take Niklas or Kris but no take Hannah. Father say that father head family so he need decide what good for Kris and Niklas. Father say he like wether so what wrong. Father say he write animal so what rong. Father say he say he old almost 67

    (Hannah say you write good. It important that all family stay together. She say she prey for you doughter and you Niklas. She say you care all Niklas.      October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out. Every day is like a container with twenty four hours of consignment. It's delivered every morning.  We have to open it and use to finish it up. It all has to ...

      October 22nd 2024 Great morning 18C. It is like summer for Canadians. Couple of more days to enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful leaves of all colors are everywhere giving a scenic look to the atmosphere to behold and to cherish these moments. Nature is amazing. There is always something for we Humans to make our day. Take some time off from your day today to look around. You will find beauty everywhere. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you live. Don't have to plan for long trips. It is all at your doorsteps. Keep your eyes open and take a break to smell the nature around. You will get the flavor and also inner peace deep down. It will be a rare happiness all on its own. You don't have to make any payments, any investments for that. Just a time alone slot and all the transactions will be done. It works like meditation.
