Handling Stress







Stress good or bad ?

Too much stress cause us

Loose sleep, edgy, irritable

High blood pressure and so on.

If we don't feel any stress

We may not be placing

Any significance on what we are doing.

That can be as bad

As too much stress

Check out your stress

If it is people problem

Take time to talk it out

Try to put yourself in the other person's shoes

If you are wrong

Admit it and apologize

You will be winner by

Gaining your respect

And releasing your pressure

If it is work related

Try to work around that area
