Enjoying a cold morning

Things are getting better in my city Toronto. It's not snowing anymore. Bright and beautiful, cold morning with 26 C below zero.

Everything is back on track. People are at work, some are working online at home.

Roads and walkways are all cleared off. Traffic is as usual. I am off today, no Darts on Thursdays. I am busy sorting my closet things.

My clothes are all messed up. I have to organize that. It was on hold for so long. Not anymore. Enough is enough. I will do that today.

It is 11.30, all my clothes are on my bed, out of my closet. My suitcase is also out of the cupboard. I have to sort and pack what I am not using for a while.

Everything is done in about half an hour. I took a couple of my dresses to drop off at Value Village. We have to give what we are not using to others. It might help them out.

It's 12.30, I am in my kitchen. I will make a veggie omelet for my son and for myself too. We don't have to forget to treat our body well.

Mind and body are two in one. One goes down the other won't be able to go in the positive direction. We start feeling down, thinking of negatives. We also won't be able to handle mood swings.

We start losing our friends. Nobody likes to get along with a person with a negative attitude. Negativity is like a poison, infectious. It engulfs the happiness from around.

Tim Hortons, my second home is closed. Its facility is under renovation. Pickering Town Center is now my second home. We have to keep our plan, “B” , ready to switch whenever we have to.

My youngest grandson is going to the gym. I am ready to go with him. He will drop me at the Town Center. It is just beside his gym.

We have to avail any opportunity to get out to change our scenery. It helps to motivate our will power, helps to control our mood swings.

It is 3.30, I am in the food court, enjoying my coffee and my time. My grandson will be picking me around 5 after. I have enough time to walk around in the mall to top up my steps. Life is all good.
