Beautiful Morning
The winter looks tough this year in Toronto. It doesn't have to be like this before what I remember.
February used to be hard. January used to be not like this year in 2026.
It was snowing all day long yesterday. The driving conditions were not good. It took my son to pick me up from my library in about half an hour.
My George Ash library is just a five minutes drive from my home in Pickering. Roads were slippery. City workers were waiting for the snow to stop to clear the mess.
Today it is a totally different scenario. Roads and walkways all cleared off. Snow banks at the sides are not bothering at all. Traffic is as usual. People are back to their normal routine.
It's Thursday, I am not working today. No Darts today. It is 11.45, my son is going to the Gym in 10 minutes. I am getting ready to go with him. It is a cold and windy day with gusts around 50 km and feeling like 19 C below zero.
I don't have to walk outside. I am going in the car. I am taking my long medium warm winter coat, not the heavy one. I am taking gloves and my red woolen scarf with me. We have to be safe and have to dress up accordingly.
It is 12.15, I am at Tim Hortons enjoying my coffee and writing my Blog. Writing my Blog for me is like talking to my Readers Family.
It is a very special slot in my day schedule. I love all of you my Dear Readers. Please keep me in your prayers. Love you.
