December has already started. New Year is about to start soon. Time is flying, days are passing. Days are getting shorter day by day. Night looks starting at four in the evening.


Snow started last night after taking a two day break. Not much, still more than enough to take an initiative to go for a walk. 


I have joggers for my walks. I trust my shoes still need to convince myself to feel comfortable to get out in this weather.


I think at our age we have to think twice to gather our energy. To have confidence for things to handle. To go for a walk in this weather needs lots of courage. To take a stand. It needs lots of commitment too. 


The body needs help from the mind most of the time. The mind has to push our body to give a go ahead. Takes stand and leads our body to start its journey. I decided to listen to my mind. I got ready for my walk.


There were some icy patches to walk through on the walkway. Still I made it. I think when there is a will there is always a way. 


Things look scary to deal with, to handle until we decide. After making a decision we are able to handle it anyway.


To get out to change our scenery always helps to boost our will power. We are capable of handling our mood swings. Walks are the key to maintaining our health especially at our age. 


We don't have any fixed schedule after retirement. We have to plan to keep us mobile. To balance our life. To keep our mind and body in good shape.
