Enjoying Tea time

The month of December is passing by. Wintry days are getting tougher.

Snow is all around. Walking is now starting to become more challenging.

Every day looks like an adventure especially for the people in the later stages of life.

Still it gives a sort of accomplishment after we complete our work to challenge ourselves.

It boosts our will power. We feel strong enough to handle things on the journey of  our life. Will power is the key. It changes our attitude. Our perspective of life. We start taking things positively.

We have to design our day schedules after retirement. Try to mix and match to balance. Mix with physical, mental and the activities of enjoyment.

Walks we take as our physical. We are aware of our energy level. We know that we can not handle tough gym exercises. Walks, we can adjust according to our day to day body condition.

Brisk walking days are done for us. We make adjustments of our steps accordingly. Things start coming up at the later stages of life.

Sleep is not as sound as it used to be in the earlier period of life. I think people of my age can relate to what I am talking about.

Days are different for everyone. Not the same. Some days we feel up. Some days we are down. Things to handle become tough to go through. Our energy is related to our patience. We become touchy.

Small things start bothering us. We can get flared up. Even small day to day matters are enough to disturb our mood swings.

At that time we have to be with our own selves for a while. It will help to cool you down. To take some time off to be with your own company helps a lot.

It regains our patience. It is important to give time to listen to ourselves once a while. It gives inner peace. Sort of meditation. Try that. It works. Trust me.
