Colors all around

Another beautiful day. It's 10.30 in the morning. 13 C. Colder days are getting closer. As soon as we are done with our sleep before getting out of bed to start our new day. Try to give yourself some time out to relax to figure out what to do, from where to start.
We are humans not robots. So many things affect our mood. Some of our days are tough. Some nights are difficult, we are not able to sleep well. Every day is different, bringing Its own matters to deal with.
We have to figure out how to move with that baggage. To forget the past and focus on your present moment is great. My dear, this is all theory, not practically possible to follow.
Our past is always there with us, haunting throughout our life. We push it down to bury deep down. It never leaves our subconscious. We find ourselves struggling with that all our life.
We try to distract ourselves, go out to spend time with friends. Try to get busy with making plans with trips and parties to escape. It's always there whenever we are alone. Not possible to be out of our past.
Even the moments we enjoyed in our past in our student life with our old friends, we are never out of those things too. I think we have to sprinkle past moments like salt on our moments of today.
Past is an integral part of our life. Whatever it was, it didn't matter. Thinking about that is natural. Don't get scared of thinking about all that. We have to balance things out. It is not normal to live in your past all the time.
We are living today. I think instead of getting scared of thinking about the past. Put your main focus on the present. Past has to be taken like grains of salt. Past is also a major part of our life. Don't get scared.
Don't get ashamed of thinking about your past life. Take it like salt. Sprinkle it like salt and pepper. Don’t use it too much to spoil your main dish, your present.
