Rewind the Tape and enjoy

Days are passing quickly. May is already gone. It is about mid year. New year is not new anymore. Time is flying, so are days of our life. Every moment, every day is slipping from our hand. Value whatever you have. Every moment is precious, it won't be coming back. 

Weather is great. We Canadians are enjoying our summer time. Trees are loaded with green. Flowers started coming up, to give us smile, to make our day. It is so beautiful all around. 

My daughter has to go back on Monday. Two more days to be with her, to enjoy her company. Kids are busy with their work and life of their own. We have to be grateful, have to admire, for whatever time, they are able to make, to be with we parents. 

This is the last weekend, she is with me, in Toronto. I have some plans for my own, like laundry and change of bed sheets. I have to walk to Tim Horton, I do that on most of the weekends. I postpone all that. All my plans are on hold. To enjoy with my daughter is now my top priority. 

To be with our kids, matters the most, for we parents. These moments are precious, to cherish, to lock up in your memory box, to enjoy later. 

Memory box is amazing. We open it up in our own time. It is like a Pandora's box, filled with all sort of moments and events. You open it up and it takes you the places, and to the time zone, you like to be there again. It is like a tape, like a video, to rewind, to have a taste of the moments, you lost. 

It is like a Combo, a mixed plate with all the sweet and bitter memories. You open it up, rewind and go through all that again. 

I think, we have to skip the sour and bitter parts. Stop the tape at beautiful, scenic part of memories, to get happiness. Life is too short. Enjoy that. Be happy and spread happiness whenever and wherever you can.

    Beautiful morning sunny and bright. No more rain. We had already more than enough of it. Grass and flowers, don't need any watering. Nature is great

     October 29th 2024 It's a different scenario today. Cloudy morning hazy sky. Sun is hiding under his gray blanket. It is Tuesday so I don't have to go to work. No Darts today at the library. It is a day off for me. I have to make other plans to make my day. Day offs are like clean slates. We have to write our schedule to fill out the columns of the day. When we have to go to work or school, our timings are all set.  We don't have to worry about how to pass our time. We have just a couple of hours left to sort out after coming back from our workplace or school. Weekends and day offs are tricky. We need some homework to fill out our day slots. Try to make it like a combo, a mixed plate to have a taste of everything. Day offs are like blank sheets. We can write, paint, whatever we want to do, to fill out. Have a taste of Nature

      October 22nd 2024 Great morning 18C. It is like summer for Canadians. Couple of more days to enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful leaves of all colors are everywhere giving a scenic look to the atmosphere to behold and to cherish these moments. Nature is amazing. There is always something for we Humans to make our day. Take some time off from your day today to look around. You will find beauty everywhere. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you live. Don't have to plan for long trips. It is all at your doorsteps. Keep your eyes open and take a break to smell the nature around. You will get the flavor and also inner peace deep down. It will be a rare happiness all on its own. You don't have to make any payments, any investments for that. Just a time alone slot and all the transactions will be done. It works like meditation.
