I am rich Gold in my garden

Beautiful weather, sunny bright morning. Not so cold. This is not Canadian winter at all. I think, this is all due to global warming. So much changed, so is climate. I still remember, we got our first fan in 1993. There was no AC. We never needed that.

So much snow and cold, that was Canada, years ago. Now AC is a must in summer time. It is 2C now, and it is the end of November. We will get snow after a while, not will be much, I think.

Today is 25th, third week of my accident. Things are getting better day by day for me. Day before, I was in Tim Hortons, First time after weeks. Walks are still forbidden for me. I have to wait for that. I am taking my chances to get into car, for rides.

My son, while dropping his son to Uni, I use to jump in, to change my scenery, to get out. We have to make use of, whatever is available. Don't have to wait. Every moment matters, to make our day.

I am enjoying the Gold around in my garden. Squirrels go on gathering their things for the coming cold days of winter. Trees are losing their colors. Scarlet red, Copper, Coffee, all colors are now fading away. Some trees are already like skeletons. These are stages of life. Same is for we Humans. 

Things to observe, now I have time for all that. I have time to behold and absorb. Staying home is a quite unique and different experience. We can learn a lot. 

We have time to enhance our level of patience. Time to have inner peace. Time to observe and study the realities of life. It is sort of meditation. For now, I am enjoying all that. Life is good.

  January 12th 2024 It is around mid of January. Time for us to, start getting snow storms. This will be off an on, for the next couple of weeks. It is 10.15, mixed sunny cloudy morning, windy too. Gusts are 38 to 48 km.  Friday used to be my work day, not today. Kids day camp is going on in the library, at my work place. I am off for the whole week. I have to find my own things to do, to get busy. From Monday, things will be back on track. I will be having my regular work hours. It is 11.45, I am getting ready to walk to Tim Hortons. I take it as my second home. I know that it is cold and windy. I am all set with gloves, stole and three layers underneath my winter coat. I will be fine. Whites Road and walkway is, all clear of snow. I see some white patches of snow, by the side of road, under trees and bushes. This is the beauty of Toronto, snow cleared right away.   July 7th 2023 It is hot sunny morning, 9.15 and already 24 C, feel like 26. I woke up early, done with my breakfast. Talked to one of my daughters, my middle one, called me from Grimsby.  She was going home, done with her work. It was a brief talk. She was busy, picking up her son, on the way from school. My other daughters are still at work. They will call me later on. We talk everyday, not much, just to connect.  I am busy with my computer. No message from my childhood friend. She never skips, must be busy. She was at her son's place in Sydney, was planning to go back to Perth, to be with her daughter. She must be stuck, other matters to be resolved. Anyway we have to find our own, "Things to do", to get busy, to make our day. Don't have to wait for people's calls and messages. I am busy playing Scrabble and Card games on my computer. Computer is sort of Blessing for me. I don't know how my Mom used to pass her time without phone and computer. How come she

  June 13th 2023 Beautiful morning. Great weather. It was raining all day, yesterday. Stopped at late night. I was working, Mondays are my work days. Have to go to play Darts. It starts at 9.30 in mornings. We were thirteen all together. Picked our numbers to make teams. Two boards with four teams. Three players in each. One team was odd, I mean with four. Anyway we enjoyed. Thirteen seniors on a rainy day, out to play, to enjoy time together. Amazing at that age. Gives inner peace. Boosts will power with affirmation that we still can do it. Rain or no rain, nothing can stop, to make our day. I think, will is everything behind your motto. When there is a will, there is always a way to go ahead, to move on, to do what you want. Today is Tuesday, weather is great 18 C, a bit on a cooler side. I am off, not working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last week I booked my flight to England. My daughters were pushing me for that.
