I am going for walk

It's 9.30 in the morning. I am starting my day a bit late. Sometimes our sleep is not good and we get stuck.
We are humans not robots. Things
happen. So many factors are there to disrupt our normal routine life.
Most
of the time we are unable to figure that out. Everything looks fine. We
still lack our mental peace. Our routine gets disturbed. We humans are
full of emotions.
The people around. The surroundings. Change of weather. Place. Everything matters in our life.
Any
change is enough to distract us from our routine. Sometimes things that
are at the back of our mind are enough to ruin our day. Enough to lose
our sleep.
No use of getting panicky. Be patient. Nothing stays
forever. Things take time to settle down in due course. “ This Too Shall
Pass “ .
Get busy with anything to divert your attention. Go for
a walk to change your scenery. At night time, find something to get you
relaxed. Don't push yourself to sleep. Don't waste your energy. It will
top up your anxiety.
I open up my computer to play my games.
Sudoku, word search and scrabble. It works to get me relaxed. You can't
sleep when you are under pressure. We have to lower down our pressure
level. After that we will be able to sleep. Try that things will be
fine.
