Squirrel busy with His Workouts

It is Tuesday, hot 24 C feels like 28 C. I am off today, not have to go to play Darts. I have other plans to get busy to make my day. We always have plan 'B' ready, so not to stuck with doing nothing.
Doing nothing, sitting idle is never a good idea. It leads to negative thoughts. We start feeling low, lonely. God forbid, it starts affecting our health and ultimately might ends up in depression.
We have to make plans beforehand. It helps to stay in day tight compartment. We won't be having any space left open in our day schedule to enter negative thoughts. I have my plans for today all set. No worries.
It is 9.15, I am having my breakfast. I use to stay for a while outside to have a seat on my deck. I take one spoon of honey in warm water early morning before having my breakfast. I take my honey drink, sitting over there, on deck.
Mornings are great to stay outdoor. It boosts up your energy level, elevates your mood. Couple of birds are walking on my garden. I think they also are here, outdoor to boost up their energy.
Black squirrel is busy with his workouts on the wooden fence of my garden. It is a scenic view with green all around.
It is 10.15, I am doing my laundry. I have to change my bed sheets and towels. I also have small load of my clothes to be done. I already started. My clothes are in Dryer. Bed sheets and towels are in Washer. I am also planning to wash my comforters. I haven't done for long. Need to wash it now. I will do after that.
For now I am getting ready to go to lake. My son is going there. I will go with him. We never have to miss any chance to get out, to change our scenery. I will put comforter in Washer before I leave. We just have to focus on taking one step at a time. Things become much easier.
It is 11.15, I am leaving for lake. I have some clothes to donate. I will drop that in ' Value Village', on the way. We have to give away things which we don't use. It helps to streamline our closets also avoids to get it clustered.
At our age, we usually don't buy things for ourselves. We already have enough, still we go on getting, sort of gifts from friends and family. Things keep on adding up. Try to give away. Get rid of whatever you are not using to help others.
I am done with my lake trip. It is 12.10, I am at Tim Horton, enjoying small coffee and my time alone slot. I am all set. Happy. It is up to us, how we manage our twenty four hours time to spend. We get that package every morning. Try to make good use of that. Try to lead a good life and be happy.
