Don't bottle it up

May be an image of flower

It's 12.15, in the morning. Drizzling since early morning. No chance to go for an outside walk. The walkways will be messy and muddy.

I didn't have a good sleep last night. I started my day late. Every day is different, not the same. We humans too take things differently.

We are not robots. We react to whatever is going on around us. The weather, the people. The effect of the weather is temporary.

Behaviors of the people around us at our work and household matters a lot. The way they meet, they talk to us about matters a lot.

Some talk deliberately to satisfy their ego. That hurts our feelings. Some do without knowing how we take it.

We get affected anyway. Everything imparts on our personality. How we take it determines the way we react. Sometimes it takes time to exhibit our reaction.

Sometimes we react abruptly right away. It depends on the personalities how much time we take to swallow the reaction.

We have to filter out what we feel. Not in a rude way. Don't do it with an offensive attitude. Still don’t have to bottle it up.

It will stay in your heart deep down otherwise. It will keep on pinching you. Whenever you come across that personality. Your relationship will not be the same.

We have to show our difference of opinions in a proper polite manner. Open up. Don’t carry it on. Just filter it out.

It helps our relationships. We don't have to hold grudges. We have to exhale our feelings.

Don't carry any baggage with you.The delayed reaction will be more difficult to mend later on.

It will damage your relationship and will impart negatives on your personality. Your delayed reaction will be more intense.

To forget and forgive is a great option. It all depends on your personality. How you take it. It also depends how hard the reaction is to swallow.

To filter it out will be good for your personality. To settle out things gives inner peace of mind.
