Summer has long days and short nights. Days to get out. To hit the roads, trails and waters. Time to enjoy the outdoors. September will be done today. 

October starts tomorrow. We are still enjoying our summer time. Not have to wear any jackets or sweaters.

Time to bundle up is yet to come. We have a couple of more days to stay outside. To have a feel of nature around. Flowers are still blooming. Smiling in pots, planters and in flower beds. 

The grass is lush green in our front and back gardens. Everyone is busy, planning picnics and outdoor parties. Lakeside is busy. The sun is shining in full bloom. Water is sparkling under the sun, like gold, silver and platinum. 

Sailboats and canoes are scattered all over the water surface. This all gives a festive touch to the atmosphere.

Festivity imparts positivity. It helps to elevate our mood. Helps to distract us from our day to day issues. We take some time off to be a part of all this. 

Putting behind our routine matters. Time to take a break to smell the roses. To feel and be a part of nature around.

    It's Tuesday, I have my day off. I don't work on Tuesdays. Monday was a close holiday because of Victoria day.  She helped Canada to make the Charter of Democracy. We remember that and celebrate. Everything was closed and only eateries were open. I enjoyed my time in Tim Hortons. It was a very long weekend for me. I will go to work tomorrow to play Darts. I believe work is like a blessing. It helps us to organize our lifestyle. We don't have to worry about how to spend our time. It helps us to be productive and also keeps us away from negativity.     The weather is great. Blood red David Austin roses are smiling in the flower bed at the back of my garden.  The flower bed is looking great with pink, purple, white and deep orange flowers. August is nearly done. Today is the 28th. Time flies fast. The new year of 2025 is not new anymore. I came back from England a couple of days ago. It looks like I have never been away from my home. Things are back on track. I started working part time, going to play Darts three days a week. We humans are unique. We are easily able to adjust to the surroundings. Manage to adopt whatever is available to make our time. Yesterday was a busy day for me. I was planning to sort my clothes after coming back from my work. I made it. I organized my closet.  All the clothes were on my bed to sort out. I packed some in my suitcase. I won't be needing those for a while in winter time. It's Thursday, I am off, no Darts today. The sun not yet awake

  It's a cold cloudy morning. The sun is not awake yet. Drowsing under his grey blanket. He must be awake till late at night.  It was raining all night. It just stopped and will start again after a couple of hours at 10. That the weather channel is predicting. It is 7.30, I got up early today. The first thing I do is to check the weather of the day. Time is running out. I have to get ready for my walk. I will miss that otherwise. It will start at 10 and will be raining all day. I have to dress up in layers. It is 8 C. I have to pick my maroon umbrella just in case. That umbrella I got years ago from Dollarama store for three dollars. We have to be prepared while getting out of the house. Not good to get stuck on the way to spoil the trip. I have gloves, my woolen cap and my red woolen stole. This red stole one of my senior club friends gifted to me. Gifts are like souvenirs.
