Via Train to Chicago
It's 10.15, I am at Petticoat Creek. Beautiful view, beautiful
morning. Water at the lake is looking great, deep blue, calm and quiet.
Birds are chatting under the walking bridge. Maybe having a party. I can
hear them loud and clear.
Lots of people are here. Some are walking with their dogs. Some are busy with fishing. Some are walking around just like myself.
I am
wearing a light jacket. Silk scarf, orange with a flowery pattern. My
daughter, the middle one, gifted it to me. Couple of years ago while I
was visiting her place, Grimsby in England.
Days go by, beautiful
memories, golden moments get stuck in our mind. Somewhere inside in our
memory box. Like glistening jewels. We open up our memory box whenever
we want. To enjoy our time to make our days.
It's 11.15, I am done at the lake. My son is done with his long walk, going home. He will drop me at Tim Hortons on the way. I
am at Coffee House, and got my small coffee to enjoy my time. I believe
time alone is like therapy. We have to try that to get relaxed.
It's
a great relaxation for our mind. It is good to be with our own self
once in a while. It is sort of meditation to listen to your inner
thoughts. To talk to yourself gives you inner peace. Helps to control
our mood swings.
