Take time to Smell Roses
 
We Humans are amazing creatures. Everything around us affects our mood and our behaviors.
The surrounding, the people, the atmosphere. We can get flared up or be happy. All depends on the surroundings. 
Sometimes
 everything is fine but our body is not in a mood to cooperate. We feel 
low, don't want to move ahead to make our day. Our mind gets blank. Not 
in a shape to direct our body. Our mind is key like a commander. 
Controls all of our body actions.
We have to take action at that 
time. Have to skip that stagnant moment in some way to save our day. We 
have to push ourselves, to get out of that situation. Try to change your
 place, your scenery. It will resolve the issue. We will be able to 
overcome that situation to save our day.
Change of place works 
most of the time. It helps to change our attitude. Attitude is key. It 
controls our thought process. Body movements help to distract ourselves 
from thinking negatively. Try to get out of the stagnant situation. The 
sooner the better. Otherwise it will overpower your mind to distract 
from the right track.
Get involved with anything. Go for a walk. 
Get busy with gardening, kitchen, watering flower pots. We need 
activities to move our body. Mind and body are very connected. Like two 
in one. While one is in a positive mode, the other one will follow. 
Change
 helps thinking in a positive direction. Life is like a combo. Not a bed
 of roses. We get bumpy roads too on the way to travel through the 
journey of our life. Have to solve matters whatever comes along. Have to
 accept and face it with patience and dignity. 
We have to try to
 make our days. There is so much around to enjoy our time. Nature is 
great. Take time to have a break to watch around to observe. The 
fragrance and the beauty. Try to have a feel of all that. Take a moment 
to smell and smile. You feel good.
