Enjoying my morning

It's a beautiful morning. Some mornings come with surprises. Like Christmas.
You never know which part of your body is going to give you a hard time.
Not going to listen to you to cooperate. To get along with your plans for the day ahead. The same is with some of the nights. Our body is not like a robot. We go through hard times with our nights too sometimes.
The nights we are not sleeping well. We will not be able to get up with the same energy to focus on to enjoy our mornings. Mornings are the face of our day.
Spoiling our morning means that we are done with our day. Nights are the key to control our days. We have to take measures to manage our sleep time.
At the later stages of our life they start giving us problems. So many issues start coming up as our body starts getting weaker. It becomes hard to handle things. We have to manage anyway to streamline our life.
To keep our pressure down helps a lot to manage things in life. To manage our mental pressure, we have to distract ourselves.
Try to keep the focus away for some time from the pressure point. Try to give your mind a break. It will help to reevaluate and look at things with a different perspective.
With pressure we can not solve issues. The issues start looking magnified. We get panicky. Things start getting out of hands. The issues get more space as we start losing ground.
Don't let that happen. Handle your pressure. Try to distract yourself. I switch my computer on to distract myself on my difficult nights.
I distract myself by playing Scrabble, word search and card games. It helps to keep the pressure level a bit down. To give my mind a break works. It still takes some time to work. Try that.
