Birds are back from South

It is a hot morning, 24 C feeling like 28. I don't have to go to my library to play Darts today. 

I am off on Tuesdays. I have to do my laundry with just a small load.

I have to make some quick calls and I will be set to leave for my walk. Summer is already here. 

We waited so long for these days. No jackets, no winter coats, gloves, stoles, nothing.

We are free to move around with our light clothes. Summer in Canada is not for long. We know that by mid August things will start changing. May is nearly done.

We get excited to enjoy it fully. We are not house bound in our winter days too. We try to get out. Go for walks. Walks in summer are not the same. We are not loaded with so many layers of clothing.

Our winter is scenic with snow around. It is so peaceful, calm and quiet. A totally different scenario in winter time. To enjoy all that we have to push ourselves in 20 to 25 C below zero.

To get dressed in layers. Loaded with heavy winter coats and other accessories to tackle our brutal wintry days. Summer brings another scenery.

Summer is full of life. Full of activities. Greenery around. The skeleton trees are coming back to life. The birds are back from the South to walk around on Canadian soil.

We are enjoying our trails and waters. The people are busy with gardens. Gardens Centers are back to life with people getting plants, flowers and flower baskets of their choice to beautify their back yards.

We can feel life and happiness in the atmosphere. Every season has its own beauty. No doubt about that. God Almighty keeps showering His blessings all year round.

  It's a cold cloudy morning. The sun is not awake yet. Drowsing under his grey blanket. He must be awake till late at night.  It was raining all night. It just stopped and will start again after a couple of hours at 10. That the weather channel is predicting. It is 7.30, I got up early today. The first thing I do is to check the weather of the day. Time to take a break

  It is a cold bright morning of the 6th of January. Chances of freezing rain ice pallets later on.  My walk outside is on hold for a while. Safety is a priority for everyone. We have to be extra careful at the later stages of our life. It looks like a different scenario with snow all around. The trees are decorated with white powder and loaded with cottony flowers. It is so peaceful, calm and quiet. Winter is the time to take a break. To stay indoors. To focus on your inner self. Time to talk to yourself. To listen to your inner thoughts. Time to take a break from your busy schedules. Every season has its own beauty. Its own identity. We can plan accordingly, to get busy and enjoy our time. We humans are amazing. We can make adjustments with any of our surroundings. Winter is the time to skate to play ice hockey. To plan skiing and ice fishing. It's time to hit the water. Beautiful morning

Beautiful day bright sunny morning. Snow now is not causing any problems. All the snow is piled up by the roadsides.  The walkway is cleared of snow. I can’t see any icy patches here. The weather is also great, it's no more below zero. I am getting ready for my walk after a long time.  I think I might have forgotten how to walk outdoors. Let's see. I am all set to take my chances. The snow is not here now so much water is on the path, making it a bit messy to walk on. I have my joggers on. I think it will be fine. I am enjoying my walk. We have to look at the brighter side. Always take as, “ The glass is half full not as half empty. “. Everything comes in life with some positives and some negatives. It is always like a combo. Nothing is total plus. We have to look at the brighter side. That helps in changing our perspective of things in life. Try to make your days with whatever is available.
