Not retired still in the Rink

It's 8.45, I am busy in kitchen making my breakfast.
Just oatmeal
porridge, will have it with milk. I don't eat eggs in the mornings. I
eat one boiled egg later on.
We have to regulate our diet.
Specifically at the later stages of life. I don't drink tea or coffee
with my breakfast. I will walk to Tim Hortons after, to enjoy my tea /
coffee over there.
At the earlier stages of life. Our day
program is already chalked out. We don't have to worry about that. No
pressure making plans to fill up our day calendar.
We are busy at school. After that period of life. We are busy with work. No worries to chalk out our day plans.
At
the later stages, we have to deal with a different scenario. We are
done with work and our family obligations. Lots of time in our hands. No
school, no work to get busy with.
We have full days to spend.
Just waiting for our call to leave doesn't make any sense. We are the
masters to lead our life. No interference to disrupt our plans at this
stage of life.
We can start any project, any hobby to get busy. To make our days. To boost our will power. To manage mood swings.
Sitting
at home doing nothing is not a good option. We don't want to be couch
potatoes. Keep on wasting our time. Our energy. Our mental and physical
abilities.
Try to plan to make use of all that. Taking track of
your health and safety. I believe that the later stage of our life is
our golden era. Time to fulfill our dreams to make them come true.
Just
do it. We can’t trust our health. With time we will go on losing our
strength. We will not be able to handle so much pressure.
Our nerves will not be as strong as today. We don't have to wait. Time is running out. Just do it.
