It's a beautiful cloudy morning light drizzle just started. It's not dark and gloomy. I am walking in the garden. Pink flowers look happy, giving me a smile.

enjoying the beautiful view like me.
We have to start our day
with something positive. I take mornings as the face of our day. Try to
usually start my Blogs with the word, “ Beautiful “.
Our mind is
like a power house. It controls our thoughts and directs our body to
act accordingly. We have to think twice before we speak. Specifically,
while writing on paper and punching on computers we have to choose
positive words.
Our words have power, affect and determine how
our mind reacts. Our words are the reflections of our thoughts. Our
thoughts are like messages delivered to our mind to go in that
direction.
The mind and body are like two in one, working very
closely. Our mind feeling low our body can not be on the right track.
Try to think positive to be out of negativity. It’s important for our
mental health and keeping our body healthy.
Try to get busy with
the things you like to do. Try to pick your hobbies you like. We have to
live in a day-tight compartment. Don't have to leave space open to let
any negativity enter.
Negative thoughts easily pollute our mind
and shatter our mental peace. What we speak and what we write show our
inner self, our state of mind. Our words reflect our thoughts. Try to be
cautious.
Push yourself to think positive.That is the key to
live a happy life and to safeguard our mental peace and a healthy body.
Keep smiling. Our face is a mirror to reflect our personality.
