It will give you a jump start to get proactive.

Moving in the direction of a joyful, happy and purposeful future.

Drop the self -  destructive thoughts.

It is like "crying over spilled milk", it doesn't help.

This will eventually cause you to feel very negatively -- about who and what you are.
