It's a cold morning

It's a cold windy morning, feels like 17 C below zero and the wind gusts 44 km. I will have to take precautions to go for my walk. I will do that later on.

It is  9.30, I am  just done with my breakfast. Have to make some calls. I will do that now. Calls are important too. We have to mix and match our daily routine. We have to top up some other things along with our physical activities.

To connect with the people around. Calls to friends and family members. To get busy with the things you enjoy. All this will help to boost up your mental peace. Your mood will get elevated. You start feeling up. That is enough to make your days.

Life is a gift from God. To handle our life is in our own hands. He gave us liberty to deal with our lives in whatever way we want. Whatever we pick things to do is all our own choice. We can live life happily or make it full of misery, it is all up to us.

Everyone has to come across some bitter moments in life. Life is like a combo mixed with sweet and sour. Some make it a big deal. They keep on complaining. Never try to get out of the impact of the time, which is already done. The moments which are like history, a matter of the past. They live in the past, keep on talking about those bitter moments. It won't do any good. Just add up misery to your life.

Bitter moments never go on forever. It's not fair to make the rest of our life miserable just because we had to go through some difficult times in life. Try to remember the moments we enjoyed. The moments without any turmoil. We had no health issues. The moments we were at school at work started our family. We don't want to give any thought to all those beautiful segments of our life.

Misery is bleak, thinking about that, blocks our mind to look at the beauty around. Darkness has more power. It engulfs beauty, the rays of light. We become helpless, not able to collect happiness from anywhere. We become under the total control of negativity. We live under the shadow of our bitter moments.

It becomes beyond our power to try, to get out of that. It needs lots of determination and courage to be out of all that. Just try to distract yourself. 

Avoid thinking about your bad times. We can save the beauty of the rest of our life. We can enjoy our days. Get busy with other things you like to do. It will help you to distract and to put your focus away from thinking negatives. Don't spoil the beauty of your life please. Give yourself a thought for this.
