Keep trying to Smile

I am just done with my breakfast, and started my day a bit late. Every morning brings surprises at our age. We don't know which part of our body is not going to cooperate with our day to day plans. Same are the nights. We don't know how much sleep we will be getting tonight.

Every stage of the cycle of our life comes with its own things. We have to tackle whatever comes on the way, while traveling through the trials of life. Life is like a bouquet with a bunch of beautiful moments like flowers. It also comprises other things like leaves and twigs. Flowers may have thorns too, like some bitter moments, we go through.

Accept whatever comes on the way. We have to manage that. No one is coming to deal with. We have to make our own days, while managing everything out. Everyone likes to see happy faces. We have to take things with grace and dignity.

We have to brush off our negative thoughts. Have to be brave to manage things and also have to put a smile on our face. No one likes to be friends with sad and gloomy personalities.

Feeling low puts you down, leading to sadness. It's like a contagious disease. We carry with us to infect others. Wherever we go, we carry them with us. Germs of negativity.

People will get alarmed if they come to get close to us. We will be sitting aloof, feeling more depressed. Try to avoid all this before it is too late. Be patient, force yourself to think positive. It will help to deal with things at hand.
